Position Summary:
This position is accountable to the Program Director of the rehabilitation program. The main job duties are 1) to establish and implement marketing plan including analysis of market and goals that are measureable and reflect objectives of overall business plan for the Rehab Institute 2) develop and implement a referral development program as a means to promote the features and benefits of the rehab program to physicians, patients, families and other stakeholders in the community 3) develop statewide relationships in rehabilitation industry to position the Rehab Institute as a leading provider of Neurological rehabilitation in Oklahoma and 4) to perform preadmission screening process in cooperation with PPS Coordinator, Program Director and Medical Director. Will travel Northwest and North Central Oklahoma serving as a marketing representative to physicians, case managers, attorneys, etc. to facilitate and grow the hospital’s visibility and market share.

QualificationsRequirements:
Current Oklahoma License as a Registered Nurse, Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, Speech Language Pathologist or Social Worker.
Experience in marketing or business development preferred.
Minimum of Associate degree required, Bachelor’s preferred.
Has current valid Oklahoma vehicle driver’s license.
Personally owned vehicle insurance requirements per hospital policy.
Must have a minimum of three to five years of clinical experience in healthcare setting, Hospital or inpatient rehab setting preferred.
A minimum of two years’ experience in healthcare marketing, business development or related area preferred.
Must have strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
Experience in market analysis and development marketing plans preferred.
Experience in rehab settings a plus.
Ability to develop and carry out a comprehensive marketing plan designed to develop strong referral relationships to support the operations of an inpatient rehabilitation program.
The individual should be results oriented; independently goal directed; able to multi-task; able to communicate well with many diverse audiences--professional and lay; able to meet established timeframes; strong marketing skills, excellent customer service skills; able to work independently; should have adequate acute healthcare knowledge to perform preadmission screening process and evaluation of clinical data, experience with computer and other electronic data entry devices.
